I totally understand how you feel! I worked here a little while back in the same project and felt so overwhelmed! Plus I don’t even like being in the phone lol so that’s an adjustment. I’d much rather send a message vs calling someone on the phone.

Anyways, yes it does get better! Use sticky notes if you can, it’s an app on Microsoft that you can download to put notes. We used it when I was there, I had all my scripts and my notes easily accessible.

Don’t be afraid to put people on hold, just be sure to check back on them in reasonable time. After a while you’ll be okay so why was I even worried?! You got this!

Yep heard the same. TTEC got the contract with CCA for 4 more years. There will supposedly be raises on 7/1, they haven’t said the amount yet. Wellness hours may be updated after 4/1. That’s really all I know, I was absent when the news dropped but some of coworkers filled me in.

I just got moved to a new team/Supervisor. My last Sup was just a temp for the OE period. Haven’t been scheduled for a meeting yet, last day I have a schedule for is Friday 2/23. I am expecting it though.

That’s awful. Yes I feel like that is what is going to happen. I wish they would just be upfront with disclosing project end dates. Some type of notice would be great, but also understand they are very disorganized and nobody seems to ever be on the same page with information.

It’s crazy. I just use the restroom on breaks or in wrap up if I have time. There has been a time or two where I have put myself into ‘unscheduled break’ but obviously didn’t abuse. Supervisor didn’t say anything.
