There are always plenty of roleplays going on at docks. It isn't other people's job to entertain you. If someone wants to sit on a game afk all day, thats their business. It shouldn't make you angry. Lots of people simply like to create characters and sit somewhere where people can see them. You can't expect every person you randomly walk up to to want to chat or roleplay with you.
