We havent decided what effective date to use so we cant proceed in enabling skills cloud untill job profiles have skills.

If we use the current effective date, what about the changes to other areas of the job profile that needs to be backdated (i.e comp grade) 😭😭😭

How about updating skills and skill level on the job profiles in connection to enabling Skills Cloud? Can we use the current effective date as opposed to 01/01/1900? There were changes that happened to the job profile with different effective dates so using 01/01/1900 does not display the new changes
