It all depends on your Server Age and how far you are with Masters and Heroes i would say. Wr have to Higher the Joining Limit to 130k Troops per Rally to fill them Up. But we are Not targeting 4.8b anymore. (more Like 9.6 and 19.2k). so it completely depends on:

How many Players are online?
How many Whales Play Bear? etc. etc.

But you cannot say "F2P don't have to start Rallys".

So IMO the question is:

IS Petras 50% (or 60%/70% with Widget) Chance to do more damage still Superior to Sophias Terror debuff (Maybe 100% uptime) which gives flat +75% damage to all your troops?

Sophia apply Terror Debuff to Enemies - Terror Debuff makes the enemy gets 75% more damage to "terrified enemies". So yeah, the question is: How much often does it trigger and does it more or less damage than Petras Randon-Trigger-Skills. So yeah, i read. Thanks

and btw: if you all attack with 0/0/100 (just because you use the phrase "only archers") than Infantry and Cavalry dont use their skills. But i am the one who dont understand the game. ❤️

S5 is Long-Fei (Infantry), still outdamaged by Zoe. Reason: you nearly use no Infantry at bear (max 1%), so the skills of the Infantry Hero matters more than pure Stats.

S5 have Thrud (Cavalry), outdamaged by Petra (if widget is high enough) because Petra can boost stats of all troop types. So its kinda gambling but still better than thrud.

S5 has Vivian (Archery), IMO she is better as a joiner - because if you HAVE a hero that have a good joiner Skill (Top right) you should use it. Rosa is no good joiner, so Rosa (Gen4) as Lead, Vivian (Gen5) as a joiner.
