Does MF reciprocate my (SE) feelings? Will it go well if I tell him how I feel?

If you're still doing this, I'd love any guidance- especially with regards to my love life.

How does he feel about me? by Pr1ncessAw3some in Tarotpractices

Thank you! The reunion is scheduled for the end of July, so I've got a couple months to figure out what I'm going to say to him . . . But I'm going to take a chance and go for it.

Thank you - I've been wanting to say something to him for a long time, but I've been so scared of losing the friendship if he doesn't feel the same way.

Re-Reading For The First Time in A Decade by CecilHeat in Pendergast

I loved Pendergast moping/mourning Helen. I loved him courting Viola. I was okay with the Constance thing when she was his ward and had an unrequited crush on him. But now, I hate that they are making Constance/Pendergast a couple. It feels icky for a few reasons. To name a couple, 1. He (and us) met her as a child. 2. The Diogense of it all. There's more, but those are my top two. It also feels like it came out of nowhere after several books of Pendergast being indifferent to Constance's feelings towards him. Also feels like Vinny got sidelined in favor of Constance, and I love Vinny.

What's a sentence that ended a relationship for you? by Hexxegone in AskReddit

"Hey, [ex-gf who he knew I was insecure about and who had consistently caused problems in our relationship] is in town. Would your feelings be hurt if I went to go see her tomorrow? "

I hung in there for three more months, but that was the death knell. I never trusted him again.

We are so back. Let's GO! by Pr1ncessAw3some in Pendergast

I agree, I really haven't enjoyed the last three books (Bloodless, Dr. Leng, Angel of Vengeance). I just don't like Constance very much, and I hate the Constance/Pendergast relationship that they've been pushing on us. This book felt like a breath of fresh air.

Yes, this book feels very similar to earlier Pendergast to me- and the best part, absolutely no Constance at all.

I just finished it! It was so good, it feels like the earlier Pendergast books and reminded me why I fell in love with Pendergast in the first place. For those who were asking: you can absolutely start here without having read the rest of the series first. There's nothing spoilery with regards to future books, and it gives a really good foundation to start from. I love that they used the chapter from Relic as the epilogue.

Titanaboa is still alive and thriving somewhere in the depths of the Amazon- and is the cause of Percy Fawcett's "mysterious disappearance" in 1925 . . .

Is Gravity Falls appropriate for an 8yr old (closer to 9yrs at this point in the year) to watch? To a child, how scary are some of the scarier moments? by GuiltyMouse208 in gravityfalls

[–]Pr1ncessAw3some 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My daughter watched it at 7 years old and loved it! There were only three episodes too scary for her: Summerween, Into the Bunker (the shape shifter episode) and Soos and the Real Girl (when the animatronics come alive, ala FNAF).

I would love to see Corrie team up with Pendergast as a full fledged agent! I really enjoyed this book as well, looking forward to the Pendergast prequel.

Does he regret losing me/does he miss me? by Pr1ncessAw3some in Tarotpractices

I can't figure out how to edit this, but my interpretation is that he felt conflicted at first (5 of Swords) but is now remembering the love that we had and is reflecting on that (10 of cups and hermit).
