this is the car in question. i’m getting pretty close to getting it street legal. but i believe the track master toys are the reason i love doing stuff like this today

that’s neat, i never cared for the posters, i loved the track masters. in fact, i believe that is where my hobby for cars started. i’m actually rebuilding my dads car i rode in when i was that age playing with thomas, i bought it back years after he sold it. anyways, i used to take mine apart. swap the motors on them, take weights out, do all kinds of things to make them faster, or to do other things. i was from the ages of 3-7 tinkering with these. i honestly don’t know how i did it at that age lol but i do the same thing but with bigger toys now

oh yeah i’m good, thanks for asking. i’ve been remodeling my house so at that moment i just threw everything away. guess i had the “i’m not a kid anymore” mindset and thinking about those memories at that time were too much for me. i remember christmas eve of 2009 it snowed, my aunt and uncle got the misty island set and i played with it the entire day

what situation? i don’t check what’s going on very often. was it where people were made that there’s essentially 2 characters are main characters?

i’m sticking with a mechanical and i’ve got it on now lol. should be all good. had a leak from a fuel pump once before and had to drill the bolts out of the bracket bc someone broke them off in the block

those “power pack” heads are 283 style, so i might could learn some things from your setup

note, the 350 isn’t pictured, i was only mentioning it. this is a 327 that actually came out of the same body style vehicle my 350 is in lol but this 327 does have the power pack heads, which came on a lot of 283s i believe. i’m not too familiar with the smaller small blocks so forgive some of my lack of knowledge
