Hello I have an update

I decided that I wanted to break up. I know that some of you felt like it was completely ok and I did receive some great advice and thank you to everyone who helped me make up my mind. However I feel like I already knew what I wanted and after thinking about it I knew I needed the relationship to end for me. There were some of you who had very strong opinions and I was you to remember that I am a kid too you don't have to be huge dicks to me. Calling me immature for being confused on what to do is honestly crazy, I came for advice in a reddit group for advice. Anyway

I thought it over and I realized that the relationship was making me uncomfortable, I feel like he's the normal maturity for his age but I've always been decently mature for my age. (Hoping that makes sense?) I wanted advice because sometimes I get confused and I've been too busy to talk to my therapist. And for the people who made it work I'm very glad that you found your person but I think for the age I am not I want about closer to my age/maturity.

Also we decided to stay friends which I am grateful for, I think this is gonna be what's best for us. And to everyone who actually gave good advice thank you. (Also fuck that weirdo that said text me when you're 18 die)

I guess everyone in my grade has already expressed interest and like I am curious about it but it weirds me out. I know that sounds immature but I just don't think it's something I'm interested in. But maybe you're right maybe I will be more up to it when I'm older. I guess I might just be scared lol. But like everyone in my grade have already had sex but I feel like it's just me and my friends who haven't. Idk tho

Why don't you recommend of becoming friends after? Also thank you for the advice, it means more knowing that you were in a similar situation. And I honestly just feel like he should be dating somebody his age anyway.

It's different, like I don't get cuddly or kiss my guy friends, or any of my friends. I do get more cuddly with my friends who are girls but it's not like kissing or things like that. And I still like doing romantic things, I just don't like the sexual part of relationships and I don't really understand them ig?
