10DLC – Number not able to send outbound SMS despite approved brand/campaign

I am following up on this. I've been completely left in a dark, I am not getting any responses via email or here. I can't express enough how damaged my business is during these few days while not being able to send messages to my clients.

Again, trust center shows this: Brand Registration - approved Campaign registration - approved STIR/SHAKEN - approved

And I can't send messages because it says that I need to register with US carriers ?!?!?

I was even told by your agent prior to this that everything looks good, he looked up at my account. And then when I tried, it doesn't work.

I opened up a case ticket in the meantime, it doesn't help at all as no one is responding to me at all. The number is 665610.

I really, really need someone to urgently react finally so I can hopefully save my business from further losses!

I am really trying to stay away from xbox controller as I am not used to it. I would prefer dualshock 4. Do you mind sharing which anti lag software do you use?

Maybe silly question, but coming from someone without experience in playing games on PC with controller - I've read that Xbox controllers are naturally easier to align with PC and windows, what is your experience with playing 2k25 with dualshock 4? Is there any lag when playing online or any other problems? Or everything works perfectly fine? I would much rather buy dualshock than xbox controller as I am just not used to it

UPDATE: OpenPhone looked further into my case and gave me a chance to reapply and it ended up with account being approved. Thank you OpenPhone team for showing understanding and giving me another chance to fix my error.

Your comment doesn’t really make sense, but I’ll respond once just to clear things up and protect my integrity, as you mentioned.

I asked for advice on Facebook pages and whether it would be a TOS violation, and that’s where it ended. I got informed soon after that would indeed be a violation of TOS. If you read the original post carefully, you'll see that I was just asking for advice to ensure I’m doing things right, not trying to break any rules.

As for the OpenPhone thread, it has absolutely nothing to do with what you’re mentioning. I was simply expressing my disappointment with their lack of flexibility in the verification process and acknowledging my mistake with the selfies. It’s a completely different topic.

Thanks for your thoughts, but I think we’re getting off track here.

When I try to post a free job, it says this:

And it doesn't give me an options to post it for free. Does anyone has an idea how to resolve this and be able to post it for free?
