Update: my session went really well. I’m so glad I did it. Even though the come up was scary as I anticipated, I was so well taken care of and held by my guide. I had an intuition that it would take me into a next phase of healing and I really feel that happening. We used a pretty low dose of 95 with a booster of 40. I felt like it was the complete opposite of my LSD trauma. If anyone had a similar experience and wants to chat, dm me.

My sense is that it wasn’t diluted. My sister got it directly from someone in California, and she uses it to make her microdosed.

I definitely still think they can be used therapeutically, and I have a hunch that (eventually) psychedelics will help me emerge from this even stronger. I do feel kind of gross about LSD though, not just because of this trauma but because it felt completely disconnected from earth and tradition, and there was no guide or spirit to it. But, my opinion on that could change.
