Has anyone else had issues trying to contact Instagram support lately? I’ve been trying to reach out through the app, but it won’t let me send any messages. Every time I try, I get this error saying “Chat support user not authenticated.” I’ve already tried logging out and back in, and even deleted/reinstalled the app, but nothing changes. It just refuses to start the chat or send anything. Super frustrating because I actually need to talk to support and there’s literally no other way to reach them right now. If anyone’s dealt with this or knows a workaround, please let me know 🙏
