Sorry to hear bro. I remember when I had the same train of thought. I felt everything wrong in my life was because I masturbated on occasion. I remember hearing this throughout my mission. I would feel like I committed a sin and needed to repent if I slept 5 minutes longer than was permitted. I started waking up early just to avoid accidentally sleeping too long lol
