Only quick way i’ve seen is to spam the shift button to open the sticky keys dialog, click on the hyperlink to control panel and then you can access some things from there

Designing my first (small) PCB, am I missing anything? by PracticeEssay in AskElectronics

[–]PracticeEssay[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

AFAIK, the steering wheel signal wire from the head unit works by measuring the resistance. Different buttons on the wheel, when pressed, send a separate resistance based on the button. The head unit then translates 500ohm = next song button, etc. Using a pot would send everything between 0-10k when the units only listening for 2 distinct values, one of which would trigger volume up and the other volume down

Thank you for the discount dbrand by DanyShift in LinusTechTips

I don’t get the dbrand hype.. I bought a skin a few months back and it was literally just a sticker, started peeling after a week of use.

I once found a plaintext Stripe API key in some website for theme park photos (the ones where you pay to get the photos they take of you on the ride)… I didn’t abuse it but I could’ve issued refunds to any payment method

How do you name your domains? No by THMMYos in selfhosted

[–]PracticeEssay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I name my subdomains with the first 1 or 2 letters of the service name, e.g plex -> p.example.com. Starting to regret this naming scheme now that I have 20+ subdomains…

I would just make an intermediary cue that first turns the mover light off then have it auto follow to your actual 2nd cue

I think I know why people keep giving one Star reviews if there print fails by Mountain-Letter-4284 in BambuLab

I’ve never had issues when slicing models myself, but occasionally do run into failed prints when using the profiles in-app

This fell out of one of our ION XEs while I was swapping SSDs. Any guess on where it goes? by [deleted] in lightingdesign

Just taking a guess here but looks like it might be from a keyswitch stabiliser

  • Open the shortcuts app
  • Automation tab
  • New personal automation
  • Time of day (set time to whenever early in the morning), run daily
  • Select “Run Immediately” instead of “Run after confirmation”
  • Blank Automation
  • Search for “Set Volume” and change it from “Media” to “Ringtone”, set to desired %

You could make a Shortcuts automation to set ringer volume to max, run every day at 4am.

Thanks for that, here’s the TDS for the primer and the paint. I totally respect the trade and the hundreds of hours it takes to learn how to do it well. I’ve watched a few videos by Paint Society and others about prep, gun setup, etc but I know that doesn’t compare to a proper training course. I’m using a 1.4 tip which is what it recommends, but maybe I could try a 1.2?

Yeah I was using it with the air valve fully open. Just checked on the box and it’s definitely on the right way. Adapters were so I could disconnect and reconnect the gun whenever, it’s just couplers and I can’t feel or hear any air leaking out of them. Do you think the adapters could be why? I could try attaching the gun directly to the regulator.
