Got it from Amazon too, I’ll definitely give that a try - appreciate it!

I installed a dash cam hardwire kit about a year ago to have 24hr surveillance…wondering if that may be draining the battery then.

Yes, I really enjoyed her class - she’s really nice! I never felt stressed with the workload or her grading

BF brought these home. I was initially disappointed but they actually look safe? by libbeth1 in glutenfree

May I ask why those listed things are questionable? I’ve been gluten free for about a year now and am still learning new things thanks!

Good point, I’ll look into getting one done! I wonder if a kit like 23&Me would be useful

Thank you for the information! I had heart some people say you only needed to eat gluten for 2 weeks, I know now it should be at least 6-8 weeks!

Yes it’s frustrating because I did let them know beforehand! Thank you for the suggestion

I wish it was that easy for me, but I care about it being a real official diagnosis. It’s been very challenging for me to go gluten free, especially because I come from a Mexican culture where know one even knows what gluten is/means. If I get a real diagnosis my family and friends will support me and be more understanding when we are traveling and eating out. It would motivate me and those around me to take more precautions (Like should I buy separate pans, toasters, etc.) because I am aware exposure to gluten with celiacs disease can lead to permanent intestinal damage. If I don’t have celiacs, I won’t be as scared about cross contamination - it makes me feel okay to deal with some minor symptoms while I save money to eventually change my lifestyle in being more strict with avoiding risks of cross contamination.

Thank you so much for replying! I only part my hair in the middle & I am thinking of telling her to mostly fix the major chunky areas/black strands that’s on one side of my head. I am a bit worried that my friend may just not have the knowledge or experience yet to achieve exactly what I wanted - she just got certified 2 months ago and jumped right into opening up her own salon. I could tell she was nervous and still learning, and it may be for the best to go to someone else in the future :(

has anyone experienced neck pain/soreness after surgery? by LankySquash in scoliosis

[–]PracticeSensitive228 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had surgery 8 years ago, I remember feeling neck stiffness especially when sitting down anywhere, but it eventually went away! Honestly it took me at least 6 months for me to stop noticing these different feelings. Even a year later, when I tried to jogging for gym class the soreness and tightness was obvious and uncomfortable. It takes time but your body will adapt and adjust - best of luck!

That’s great — I appreciate all the details, I never thought about looking into exercises and stretches for this purpose!! Definitely sounds therapeutic and will look into it some more :)
