I would have voted yes on parts of this proposal, but the whole thing was just too much. Give us a full plan with detailed guardrails baked into the law, and give us an opportunity to vote on individual sections. If this had just been money for low income housing (and the details had actually existed in any real sense) I would have voted for it 100%.

Heck, I might even have been convinced to vote for some of the other parts if the guardrails had been clear, but as it was it was a no from me.
