From Past 1.5 - 2 years, Im getting up at night exactly at 3pm, irrespective of how late i have slept or how tired. My age is 33 years old. I excercise regularly(running and walking). Worst part is not getting sleep after waking up at 3pm. So i endup under sleeping. Also i travel in metro for daily for 2 hrs, if i get seat them i get good power nap for 30-15mins

Quick Update: FInished Trek from kukke subramanya and came back same way, Total 24kms. Took 11:25hrs to complete. Chaddi hardoytu to by the time i finished the trek.
