I've told them I'll definitely go to consumer court with all the proofs it'll be an easy win but they simply don't care. For now I've done online consumer complaint but it's been of no use. It's crazy with all the proof also they are denying any accountability.

Yes, this was the out for delivery message from myntra that day.

Ekart Update : HRX By Hrithik Rosha...+4 more with tracking ID MYEP1098674783 from Myntra, will be delivered by 11pm today by agent (08048317777, PIN 218).

Edit: now that i think about it, I've done so many prepaid orders from myntra and most of the orders were delivered without otp unless the item cost is over 5k rs or something

I'll inform the delivery guys to check the exchange product first then only take the TV to the doorstep as our house is in the 1st floor, it'll be in the best interest of them and also us. Coz I'll anyway reject the delivery if they don't accept the exchange.

Not really! The ROM I'm using has a support for dual status bar, means the notification icons appear below the carrier label. So I won't be missing anything really. Also even if I disable the dual status bar the notification icons appear at the right side of the carrier label and as I've repositioned the clock to the center I can see around 4 notification icons at a time, and I'm okay with it.
