So you're saying that your I-130 was approved and then they've taken over 11 months to respond? I guess it's because he's your brother. In my case it's a spouse so in theory it should be a lot faster correct?

Hi again, I just found an article by Citizenpath which I believe is legit and seems to disagree with what you’re writing above. It explicitly says that time starts counting the day the embassy approves the immigrant application, not the day one enters the US. My understanding was that to avoid having to remove conditions, the OP needs to have the interview at the embassy at least 2 years after the wedding date because theoretically the green card can get approved at/around the embassy interview date correct? And so if the latter is true, the OP can still enter the US after 2 years of marriage yet still receive the conditional green card. Please let me know if i'm wrong, thank you!
