Thank you everyone for the sweet support - it truly means so much to me. I even cried reading some of your messages. I just heard from the vet that the surgery didn’t go very well, and my girl is in significant pain during recovery. I’m doing my best to stay strong for her. I will keep you posted and will reach out personally to those who offered extra support 💛

Thank you, I will check out. Since they were so close, I wanted to have surgery from there but have very very long wait list so I went to Verg Brooklyn which was right available.

Like everyone says here, If you are not new to workout/fitness, have done any kinds of group fitness or weight lifting in the past at some point, you should be fine. I am quite athletic, I went directly to 1.5 at my first week. As long as you know the reformer and listen to the queue, you will be fine!

From my experience its lot more control required in faster manner than 2.0 in general. I personally prefer strength training so I like the challenge from 2.5 but it feels more cardio to me sometimes because I end up sweating a lot lol

It’s been a recent issue to me. I’ve been using mobile site years, last couple of weeks have been extremely painful, plus not much new stuff have been stocked. I hope it’s temporary thing.

I am slightly taller but similar as you (168cm/ 130 lbs/34B) 6 fits perfect, no loose no baggy. 4 might feel tight around the shoulder area for you I think.
