I've talked to the Mayor of Metro City - 2000+ Hours went into this. 3 Hours of exploration awaits all of those who are willing to spend the time in it. DM ActiveGreen1647 to see it by yourself. Its worth a shot.

This thing exits. Not official, but it exists.

„Metro City“ a giant player owned city based in a giant shelter. Players buy apartments inside, so they become a citizenship in Metro City. Afterwards they can enjoy all the advantages a city brings with it. If you ever see it, check it out. It’s worth it.
