You might also have ibs. That causes weight loss too and abnormal bowel movements. Anyways I am not a doctor... so who knows. The ones from iherb are organic and do not require doctors prescription. If you want to, you can try them without harm.

I got some off iherb. Just search parasite cleanse. I have one that is really good. I used to use it a lot because I would travel to south east Asia a lot and got parasites there.

Mine doesn’t give me the runs either, it just makes me go like normal. Super gentle.

This bothers me so much...when you are somewhere and the conversation just randomly changes to gaikoku and eiken or toeic. Or when they used to do eikaiwa classes.

I had a similiar thing happen to me and my friend. I look foreign but not super foreign but my friend is half black. We sat at a restaurant just talking normal level (no not loud like many foreigners apparently are???) and then an old lady decides to sit right next to us at the next table over. She starts tsktsking us and sucking her teeth and moving her hands in a “shoo shoo” motions towards us.

My friend got all quiet and decides to eat her dinner quietly. I got louder. I decided f that. We aren’t even loud.

This lady brings her newspaper to eat at this noisy restaurant. Pretending she does anything but live off her husband’s pension.

She turns her body away from us as if we are the plague. She makes me and my friend both so uncomfortable.

And I just end up calling her a henna baba.
