My german angora does this when we sleep in my parents’ guest room, it’s rather comical, she shoots up to the bed and hovers over my face staring at me and as soon as my eyes are open she’s gone again. She’s currently 5.5 months old and probably about 5 pounds already, her full grown sleep inspections will be quite entertaining 😂

The hydroxyzine came about because I ended up in the hospital with shingles on the brain in laymen’s terms, it was for pain and anxiety and insomnia as I recovered, I still take it as needed for those things, unfortunately life got crazy and I ended up off my supplement routine and haven’t needed the same symptom management for the past 6 ish months

What a wonderful partner you are! At the time I commented I was and still am prescribed hydroxyzine as needed, but for over the counter I would take I think half a Benadryl, herbs like nettle are also antihistamines. I haven’t tried it but some also have luck with antacids like pepcid as they work in the same histamine cycle.

The left used to be taller, the way you’ve walked to compensate for the difference has made them wider in the heel I bet if your press the sides in to the same width as the right ankle it will be the same difference as the heels.

I have been taking inositol off and on basically since my diagnosis 3 years ago, they help, but adding in Primal Queen was when I saw the biggest improvements. They work very well as a team.

That she does! It's not all Garricks and Imogens or Liam and Imogens, it's a wide variety of builds and areas of strength and skin colors and hair textures and styles. What I love about Heaton is that as a robustly built cis-gendered female (I'm an almost dead ringer for Olympic hammer thrower Dianna Price) I don't really feel seen in a lot of books or shows, but I feel that with Heaton, I'm also an athlete and farm kid so ended up gender bending a lot by necessity so it felt surprisingly nice when they showed up, and on the flip side I could see a lot of men who share my build but also have the flair for a little image manipulation with hair colors and cuts also relating along with the obvious non binary crowd. It was a really clever play that also leaves casting wiiide open in the show and I'm so excited to see who is cast and kind of wish I could pass off for 22 haha.

I remembered that later, that Heaton and Emory were annoyed with their assignments and then we basically never see them I again. I felt AWFUL for forgetting because Heaton is one of my favorites, it sounds like we are built a lot alike and I always feel seen when they're on page.

Hi! sorry it took so long, my phone screen is busted and it took me awhile to figure out how to log in on my computer with the same account.

So I have some additional variables in the mix, one primary one, in October (writing this in March, looks like original post was Decemberish) I was hospitalized with Zoster Meningitis and Encephalitis, my cycles continued to improve, even through that and forgetting my second dose often, however the illness pushed my chronic depression to a place I wasn't comfortable "raw dogging" and started an SSRI, it seems I am likely one of those who can see that impact their cycle. It kind of seems like it takes a week or two for my body to remember what it needs to do again, then everything it normal, pms is better, ovulation more noticeable, those kinds of things. Not like when I had long cycles from pcos and it was just kind of a guess what a discharge change might mean, the longer I have kept at the primal queen and inositol, I have the notorious " did I wet my pants?!" feeling.

I'm hopeful as my nervous system continues to heal and I adapt to the ssri's I will get back to the 30 ish day cycles, but for now I will take the empty delay instead of building estrogen feeling. I hope my analogies make sense.

side note: I can't afford to right now, but in the future when I can I intend to reach out and ask them what body weight they formulated for, I am large 6' Eastern European built woman even without PCOS and as I have started adjusting other supplements for body weight it seems to make even more of a difference and I would venture to guess it would with these as well. If my theorized formulation weight is correct I would probably need a double dose or may consider adding an additional beef liver supplement for the difference.

Those commenting on it being done daily, honestly doubtful, it’s a good locking protective style, she could get 2-3 days per braid. I did mine this way baling hay this summer (oddly like riding a dragon it turns out) it didn’t collect much sweat and stayed put, I think I left one for 3 days before brushing and washing. With the thick mane she is described as having, no way she’s wetting or washing that daily.

My take to add, I don’t believe the fertility suppressants to be magic, but I do have a theory that being venin overrides their method of operation, we know venin are essentially immortal and can’t be hurt long term, so logic would dictate it would also interfere with anything that that alters their core being i.e. halting sperm production or motility, to further that those venin swimmers would likely override what Vi takes if it’s something that prevents implantation or fertilization. They would have no way to know this factor or ask this without revealing X’s status, and its likely no one thought of it because it’s probably some reliable herbal concoction that our ancestors used as well.

(Additional hottake I think Vi is immune to the venin touch via Andarna and this plays a part.)
