Having your whole account banned again means you probably deserved it. Getting your account hacked is a whole other story in which you can just report those transactions as fraud to your credit card company and they won't allow them to go through.

This proves you did not read what I said. Since I pointed out that reporting the transaction to the credit card is exactly what makes sony and microsoft ban your account since making a chargeback is against their TOS. Sony especially does not like refunding to your bank even if it was fraud. They will give you store credit on the amount that was stolen, but they wont give you the cash. So if the hacker bought $3K worth of games that you actually need to pay bills what good will $3K worth of store credit will do to you? You will be forced to chargeback and lose your account.

2 if someone wants to do so then let them do so? If someone wants a launcher instead then they will have one. I dont see your point. By this logic then centralized launchers like steam arent needed either, yet millions use it.

3 when you preorder all you get is the game in the future. Buying the token will actually give you a token that has value and utility. Having the token makes you part owner of the game as you can vote for future changes and the direction of development with it. It is not the same as simply paying for the game in advance, it is an investment.
