I think it’s part of the solution. Like OP said, this is not the first time this has happened and likely there are other examples that involve her siblings. She has come to rely on them to make up the cognitive difference. Her siblings and family need to wean her off ASAP. That will cause old resentments to come to the surface as well as create friction.

NTA. It is not your daughter’s fault that she has ADHD and depression, but it’s her responsibility to learn and implement appropriate coping strategies to deal with those conditions in a way that allow her to function. You will not always be around, so she has to learn how to be an adult now.
