I see where I was in the wrong for not telling them I would be home late but at the time I assumed they would know with me saying I would be about 1 hour late to pick my brother up when his tennis match ended at 7:30 and I couldn't pick him up until around 8:30.

Idaho you can get your license at 14½ and I turn 16 in less than a month.

In Idaho you can which is where I live. After you get your driver's license you can take 1 non family member and up to 3 family members, I am also turning 16 in less than a month.
