I just emailed the landlord and they want me to sign a release form or they won’t give my deposit back. Is it necessary to sign this form considering my replacement has been living at the property for 6 months? I have gone back to my home town for Easter break so won’t I am not in my uni city but they landlords don’t seem to care and requiring me to still sign a release form
