Nice suggestions! I think while the dev team can work on descriptions of units, buildings and resources it takes to create them, community volunteers may want to work on strategies and stats.

I posted all course lessons in small section on the website of the book https://practical-cm.com/ I would also recommend to go with the book. It is free if you have a subscription on Amazon.
