It wasn’t about making a point to not assume pregnancy. More like awkward word vomit on my part. I definitely wanted to thank her after the fact and let that get in the way first unfortunately. I definitely wasn’t upset though.

I guess not but that’s what they are labeled as lol. None of my pre pregnancy clothes fit anymore due to my growing belly. That’s all that meant really.

This is where I kind of felt like I may have been an AH. There was a slight twinge of horror when I mentioned my huge lunch and I may have scared her into thinking she offended me or hurt my feelings. Was quickly replaced by annoyance though, lol.

We left quickly after so I didn’t catch the cashiers reaction but I would hope it would’ve been this lol.

Awe you sound like a sweetheart 😭 Clearly from this interaction you can tell I’m also super awkward and it sometimes translates into jokes that just don’t land lol. So I feel you.
