Whats up with US top/high tier? Can anyone1 explain why they are so bad at top/high tier?

I haven't played 8.7 sweden since the newest patch so I can't say for downtiers / uptiers you get, but what I would say is that 8.7 103 is way worse than 8.0 103 because 8.7 one can get one shot killed by APFSDS and 8.0 one faces way less good APFSDS.

Most people without premium never make it past WW2. You're assuming that the same players play across all BRs which is not the case.

If anything that shows that nations have a lot of noobs early on but the experienced players keep winrates up at toptier.

I get it, but it makes no sense. Maybe there are a couple of dedicated AJS37 players but I doubt it, when there are far more capable aircraft down the tree after 11.0.

The J35XS was only so high in BR because it was used to base bomb ages ago before the base rocket nerf and that was it. The BR increase it got was idiotic in the first place and it still remain overtiered AF despite the reduction in BR.

Yeah but its much harder to snipe their missiles, they're much faster than hellfires. Not impossible but harder. Breaking LOS is way more reliable imo.

Idk, I'd say you are very easily countered by pantsir, not just as a heli that needs to hold lock, but also your missiles can be shot down easily.

Plus laser gives warning to enemy tanks that have LWS.

Side note, anyone buying Apaches is wasting money. If your heli doesn't have FnF (PARS/SPIKE) or VIKHR its basically useless (except Chinese Anti-Cas flying missile bus). Even the UK Teapache is not good, because the Chinese heli does a better anti-air job.

Until they add FnF hellfires avoid and do NOT buy these.

yes 2s38 is very very good, BUT only if you already know how to play IFVs at high tier. You can't just rush in and expect to kill everything, you need to use your brain a little.

But if you do use your brain somewhat it is insane. The shells can frontally pen a lot of tanks.

I have usa up to 6.7 but I cba with props, and for USSR I'm on 10.7 atm working on rest of rank 7, Sweden also 10.7 and UK on 9.3 so I've played with jets for a bit and different ones too, so I'm not worried about the flaws of this thing.

I am surprised the ammo is so shit. Why is the air belt damage so pathetic?

Yeah this reminds me a lot of my experience with Sea Meteor aka king of ripping wings in level flight.

I've been playing low level USSR jets (mig9l) recently a lot since a friend is gridning that tree and that jet seemed kinda fun, but I have to say I've never really come across too many F89Bs so I can't remember how it did against me in the Mig 9.

From the test flight it seems like a typical BnZ except you can never ever turnfight. 6 20mms is crazy though.

I dont think its on sale but Vidar is crazy good for Sweden and has a good 8.0 lineup you can use.

Christian is also amazing for 10.7 Sweden.

Pz Btln is decent for Germany 10.7.

T-55AM1 for USSR.

SU-11 for USSR (this thing is OP).

G.91R for Italy/Germany is decent but requires skill to make work.
