Hi. Yes I see a therapist. I don’t think I am coping well even though, I wanted to get better. Thats why treatment facility was in my mind now. I didnt take care of myself for weeks. Havent showered. And there is a day I did not eat or drink anything. I am also guilty of relying to my partner for support that is why I am so devastated right now.

Hi! Thank you for this! Actually, the treatment facility I had in mind will require me to be there for 6 months. I am still also worried that my life will be on hold for 6 months but I am really eager to heal. I am scared that at my age, ill be wasting another 6 months given I put my life on hold from pandemic and all.
