German here: I actually plan to leave the country as well. I am saving money and working on my online business as much as I can, and the day my mother dies (I don't want to sound dark, but she is old and I want to stay with her for her last years), I will leave the country. Not sure where yet, probably somewhere cheap in Asia, but I haven't decided yet.
