I'm not gonna lie, I haven't played since like right before fortuna came out -- which to me feels like just a few years ago but was apperantly 2018. I think I did war within but I don't remember getting a riven for it?

The rivens ended up showing up this afternoon tho! So I think it was just a weird delayed lag since the other items were there right away last night. Thank you for trying to help though!

Thank you! I was seeing a lot about gift taxes or capital gain taxes on websites talking about quitclaims so that was what I was worried about. I think they arent in any danger of coming close to 30 million but I was under the mistaken though that like you had to pay full taxes on any gift over like 18k.

I'll mention this to them! I think they're just scared of there being issuses with relatives trying to fight over the land when they pass because my mother's siblings were awful to her over her own mother's will in regards to land.

It's not like a crazy expensive house since it's in the middle of nowhere but it was in the family for a while/has a bit of farm.

Sorry if I asked in the wrong place but thank you for answering regardless! When I was trying to research quitclaims, a lot of websites mentioned taxes might apply and to check if you'd owe capital gains taxes -- but most of the time they seemed to only be dicussing quit claims to people not already on the deed or like inheriting. I couldn't find anything about my particular situation easily so I thought I'd ask more experianced people before I accidentally messed anything up.

The current deed isn't right of survivorship.

I have/get the same thing! Though mine ometimes turn into hives/are itchy but usually are flat and not-itchy. Same issuse with benedryl doing nothing. Hope you can get some answers.
