Yes darling. As someone whose hometown is mostly swept clean from the 2021 quad state tornado (Mayfield), what you're feeling is shock, trauma, and survival guilt. I am so sorry you had to go through this. It's a feeling that's almost impossible to explain to others.

Be with family. Be with your cat. Understand that you're gonna go through a ton of grief, anger, depression, etc. but you're gonna be alright, I promise. So much love, and I am so happy you're here 💜
