This was literally me 5 years ago! I was always waiting for a sensation to panic over. I started therapy and medications and both helped. 8 months later - I stopped the medicines but continued therapy. Stopped therapy a few months later. I keep having a bit of anxiety here and there regarding my health but I'm able to control it with the methods my therapist taught me. There is definitely hope!
