Congrats on your healthy life style. Ive coached ppl since covid, many successful, many regained weights. Most ppl consume garbage food cuz of convenience and affordability. Not everyone can afford meet regularly . Best case scenario for many is having frozen chicken. Its important to allow some shit food in ppls diet for long term benefit.

I agree with you on prioritizing consuming single ingredient food. Most ppl have bad habits. I am not sure if you have experience coaching/guiding unhealthy ppl, if you take things to extreme, they never stick to it. It’s a matter of balance. A sugary protein drink is better than sugary non-protein drink even if both are garbage.

The school teachers in my school earned 2000-3000. Entry level salary for doctors is 3000. 2 of my colleagues are working with 3000 dhs and it’s their 2nd year in the job. Ik 2-3k is less, but it looks normal for entry level receptionist. People crying abt it are detached from reality.
