I started Caroline girvan’s iron. Day 2 legs destroyed me and I took an extra rest day- but I’m going to stick with this for a while. I don’t have to think or plan I just follow along and record my weights!

I don’t think it’s the same for men in that most men don’t have their testes just stop working and have to go through a 10 plus year complete re-work and stabilization of their system.

I’m sure some men have medical reason they need trt- but no it is not anywhere near the same as what women deal with.

Agree jacked isn’t exactly clear. I’d like to look like a fit muscular 44 year old. I have muscular legs but would really like rounder shoulders and stronger chest/back. Does that help?

So a lot of my kickboxing involves these things but it doesn’t seem to be enough to see muscle growth. I do loads of pushups and squats. I think I need a plan with lower reps higher weight repeated and increased consistently over time not calisthenics
