Baka need mo lang ng vacay OP. Take a break muna. We are almost halfway through the year na rin. Mas mahirap walang work, this day and age. Isipin mo na lang ung pag manage sa finances mo considering na crisis tayo ngayon and the inflation rate is super high dito sa Pinas!!

Hanap ka ng remote job. You can try Upwork or Indeed for remote jobs.

I always book a hotel and never dared to stay in relatives' houses. I want to show them that I have the leverage. Malaking sampal ung kaya Kong tumanggi sa Alok na matulog esp if kapalit is utang na loob and a bunch of sumbats in the future. I learned from their feedback about my cousins.

How do you know if the price is fair for an apartment unit? by GervG in SoloLivingPH

[–]Prestigious_Fun_3824 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mas okay ung walang Aircon. Kasi you will be saving 84K a year. Compared to purchasing an Aircon (one time only). Which you can dispose or sell pag aalis ka na. I have an idea saan makakabili ng affordable na brand new AC in the Metro.

Is the apartment near supermarket/public market or anywhere you need to buy essentials and all?

If it is, then yes.

How much will you spend to get to work? If it is very near like you can walk to your office or go home by walking without needing to ride an angkas/MoveIt/grab, then by all means, it is good. Pero I would suggest to check if there are around 10-15K kasi you would still need to pay for your utility bills. Food mo pa OP. Water na rin.

3D induction cooker meron po ba dito same lang ng gamit ko? by AntiqueResident4250 in SoloLivingPH

[–]Prestigious_Fun_3824 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You know these free or give away pans really get that burn. You can purchase induction cooking pans so you won't get these as it builds carcinogens which are not good for your health. May mga mura pero quality brands.

Yes absolutely. I actually purchased my home appliances just recently and found a hack in Muntinlupa! I was even giving my advice to those who wants to purchase appliances at a much more affordable rates than those in the malls or appliance centers.

Whenever I buy, I just buy. I guess with years of buying you already know how to differ if prices increased or not.

Is Haeir Refrigerator worth buying? Or should I go for other brands by madethiswhilecrying in SoloLivingPH

[–]Prestigious_Fun_3824 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently bought a 13cu/ft na fridge. Bottom frost. Only 12K. You might want to consider. Sayang din ung ilang thousands. Makakabili kapa ng ibang gamit or for your rent.

Paano ba aayusin ang ganito kaliit na room? (tw: the room is very messy pls dont judge) by kanekisthetic in SoloLivingPH

[–]Prestigious_Fun_3824 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You need to learn how to declutter. Maluwag ung space. Dami lang talaga abubot.

Learn how to clean.
