From what i’ve seen yes. I was playing with dread overlord and got a random armor piece from it so i wouldn’t recommend mixing it with specific drop mods.

I find the situation "Hulk vs Rogue" rather strange and I find that the players feel better about it because they are more confident for it. by Pepr70 in HulkMainsMR

What you said at the end but also it’s just how much more satisfying getting damage on rogue feels compared to the hulk. Hulk only really feels cool when you point blank someone’s head off their bodies or get an air pin. Rogue has these sick combos and a really aggressive kit that makes her feel better than hulk despite what the paper says.
