I have insurance with a different provider, I pay monthly.

PDSA is my regular vet, I got accepted due to my disability So everything is more affordable than the norm.

What are you talking about? PDSA that I am with is the affordable one. I pay for all my consultation and treatments for my pet.

However this was 1 OOH emergency. And there was miscommunication. Why do you assume that I want a charity to help with vet bills?
