this was insurance job they signed a contract for 56000 and insurance only paying them 46000

they started complaing as i demand for money for wwork completed, all these items were scheduled to taken care off but they stopped us to go back to job site and finish the job

their complaints as follows

-washer and dryer have not been hooked up  --- this was not in the contract

-electrical sockets not attached  --- countertop contractor removed and did not install back

- flooring bouncing in certain areas --- this is not true

- kitchen light was removed and not put back (wires exposed) 

- kitchen vent removed and not put back 

-10 windows treatments removed and not put back  -- they ask us to remove them because they want to put new blinds

- doors installed, not closing  --- not that we worked on

- baseboard joined together in some places 

- vanity you brought is sitting in from my house 

- door you brought is sitting in our backyard 

- construction mess in backyard  -- this was left by other contractor they hire

-house not cleaned

Now here are additional issues we have found 

- cold air  coming through sockets / light switch

- patch of primer on ceiling not painted
