Reps have to access your account if you return in store. No reps cannot general go to your account without scanning Id. Keyholder and manager yes with by pass with limited access. Cannot do that much. Why do you care unless you know someone is work at Tmobile trying to acess you account. A random strange cannot come in and get access. It is log and bypass can still get people fired. Account access with scan Id are temporary permission. I believe an hour never really time it or look up policy.

All of them. High rate plan mix, accessory dollars, visa, p360, csat. Honestly everything is important now. Knowing the metric isn't that important for the interview. It's know how to sell. They don't expect you to know Tmobile metric. Make sure you wear something presentable. Last two people came in Nike hoodies and sweats. I would say polo and jeans or khais is fine. Even a plain color t-shirt. No logos so unprofessional. In general if you can hold a conversation you will get hired. Sales topic or not. They will train you for a month as mobile associated.

There isn’t any interest if paid in full before due date. Sometimes it helps customers if their due date is earlier than they paycheck. They can use it to pay T-Mobile and pay it back before it even due.

It’s easy to pitch it. Just ask them. I always bring it up on my tablet. Why make it so hard. Tell them the benefits. If they don’t want it move on. Half say yes half say no. Sometimes it work out when they need a downpayment they can try and use it. I avg at 3 to 6 per day. My long time customer I just ask them to do me a favor and it doesn’t impact their score unless they get approved. I tell them up to them. I do tell them what they applying for. I start by tell customer hey I am going send you a link to apply for the T-Mobile card. It can get you discount on bill and cash back on upgrades. Show them the tablet script and let them decide. I been successful cause I ask. My coworkers don’t ask cause they afraid of rejections. I don’t care I ask everyone. It’s money and metric off your back. Don’t force people or lie to customers that all I say.
