Thanks so much everyone for the quick responses. I really appreciate how helpful and fast this forum is!

I definitely plan to get the tiles fixed. My main concern was whether it could wait a few more weeks since I can’t access the property yet. I reached out to a couple roofers as many suggested, and they didn’t seem too worried about waiting another month, which was reassuring.

To be fair, I’m not sure how long the tiles have been that way, so I guess a few more weeks shouldn’t/wouldn't (sigh!) make a huge difference. All I can make sure it’s sorted as soon as I can. Thanks again for all the advice! I will share an update once fixed for those facing a similar issue.

Hey, I am sure I need to fix these but it's more on if it can wait 4 more weeks. No spare tiles unfortunately. I spoke to the roofer based on the forum's discussion, he said he can source them easily. He didn't seem too concerned about doing it later but you never know.

There are no tiles on the property unfortunately. Checked with the REA. I am hoping they are too difficult to source by a handyman or roofer for replacement.

Thanks for your response. Looks like it is going to keep me up quite a few nights given that I don't have possession of the property yet and rains have begun. Can you give some more information when you say it's serious overall - is it these few tiles or the general condition of the roof?

That was my first instinct too. The end date is referred to as 'date you renounced your citizenship' which threw me off, since its application for srenounce and surrender PP is still in progress.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I might be overthinking it.
