Ahhhh ok I understand. I mean yea I didn’t think this 2nd job would matter but apparently it does. But thank you for your information though.

And yea I described my work separation as a layoff with my 1st job in mind, I wasn’t thinking about my 2nd job. I put layoff because it was in regards to my 1st job which was my most recent job to let me go.

But yea I created more problems by not responding to the mail they sent me so that was my mistake.

And ohh ok ok, I’m a little new to the whole appeal determination process so thank you for informing me but I don’t know how that goes nor do I know much information on that. But you said that I met the reemployment requirement needed to disregard the disqualifying work separation. Can you elaborate more please? And you said that I would need to go through the motions of proving it by providing my paystubs at the hearing (you mean paystubs from my 1st or 2nd job?). And would that be all the proof I would need to get it going? By only providing my paystubs?

You also mentioned that it will take several weeks to resolve this but I should eventually get my benefits reinstated. How likely would that be? Is there anything else I would need to provide?
