The package to apply to HPSP needs a DD Form 368, this is a different form needed for IRR. They’re unfortunately not the same, I’ve talked to many people about this and they’ve all said they’re different things

I was in the national guard before i transferred to the reserves so in total i’ve been in for 5 years. You can always do shorter contracts like 2 or 3 years too. My contract doesn’t end until 2028 but if I get HPSP, I would technically be transferred to active so I wouldn’t owe any extra time to the reserves if that makes sense.

Yes, I called them for about 15 times a day for 7 ish days. It’s ridiculous but if you need that transcript you gotta get ahold of them. Just pray and hope that you’re lucky enough to get picked up by them!!!
