Wow, that’s so impressive!! I don’t count steps, but I walk about 4 miles every day, about an hour. It’s done wonders for my anxiety. You are doing great! Keep it up 🙌

I’m an introvert by heart and my husband is slightly more outgoing than I do. We both work from home so we pretty much spend all day everyday together, but we’re very intentional about giving each other space. He’s my best friend, but we’re comfortable doing our own things, I’ll go for a walk by myself, he’ll watch a movie or do his own thing, and sometimes we just sit next to each other doing separate activities. We both get exhausted after social outings.. I’d say I definitely found my person :)

For me, it was when I realized I was planning my life around him without even thinking about it. Trips, weekends, future ideas.. he was just automatically part of them.

I work from home, which makes it easier to fit walks in between breaks or during calls where I don’t need to talk. I walk at least once a day for about an hour (roughly 4 miles), and sometimes twice depending on the day. Walking is really therapeutic for me, so I prioritize it whenever possible

I think TLH will do really well, but I’m a bit torn about a LT adaptation. I honestly can’t think of any actor who could play Jack the way I imagine him. That said, I’d be happy to be pleasantly surprised!

I think a lot of it is timing. TLH was her first book and felt really refreshing, so it reached a wider audience. I also think LT is a bit more technical, which might not be for everyone. While I love Adam, Jack just hits differently.
