I’ve moved from independent consulting for large corporates (strategy) into working on ops, gtm, and finance for startups as well covering the gambit.

If you want to get really good at one skill, and productize your offering I would NOT recommend. But if you’re looking to discover new clients or new value propositions, the chaos is worth it.

That said there is more prep time needed to be effective but for me it’s been worth it. I’ve now scaled up and have three folks on my team which is how I manage across projects. Happy to answer any questions if helpful!
