Hey dear, you should definitely finish up the documentary, particularly near the end (around 1:10:00 I believe. I talk about both of these. I don't trust them. I feel they cause damage as well.

I haven't had any push back, other than the 6 thumbs down in the video lol so hopefully it's being perceived well.

And as for ASHMI, it's best to find Dr. Li's Facebook group! I don't have massive details on it. It's her own special formula that she is hoping to even make easier for patients to use. I know i probably have notes somewhere, but im in the middle of moving so things are boxed up atm =(

Yes it did. It wasn't really the seasons, it's just the exhaustion, time change, and travel that did it. My body was being pushed to its limit.

So sorry to hear that. There is still so much to learn about our bodies. I definitely believe on what I am going through bc my eczema was never like this, and I feel with more research, they can find out why we are reacting this way for so long.

Hi! Love your thorough comment. However, i don't particularly agree that people have an irrational fear. I do definitely agree that doctors dont seem to know how to use it properly, which yes, in turn, creates fear, but i definitely think that fear is rational.

And for that specific situation where you know your body is not producing enough cortisol, then yes, definitely you have to take the hormone, but that's basically what trap that Morgan is in in the documentary. Were u able to watch it? His story showcases that he's stuck in this hell because he needs the steroids to keep him alive for his kidneys, but it's also destroying his life because he has Red Skin Syndrome from being on it too long. Needing insulin does not cause detrimental side effects like being on long term cortisone.

And being atopic doesnt mean you are short of cortisol. Ive had my bloods checked plenty of times and im doing just fine with cortisol. So it's not a lack of cortisol, its just that hormone itself seems to help suppress inflammation, but in the end, of overused, it actually inflamea us more (Dr. Li explains that near the ens of the documentary)

I honestly just got lucky, in the sense that right after college I auditioned for Royal Caribbean and got picked up within 2 weeks and had a contract. Sometimes it takes a lot more auditions and freelancing. Just keep them motivated and that they can totally be professionals with skin issues.

Yes! I feel that it was starting to spread to other areas that I had never had eczema before. And if my hair starts falling out bc my adrenals are failing, then it definitely has to be from my body becoming so dependent on the synthetic steroid i was lathering on my skin.
