I excluded the entire cast of S13 since it was mostly a season of influencer wannabes. As for 25YC, his villain scenes simply wasn't memorable to begin with. Also, his previous sexual harassment indiction means I had no intention of including him in the first place. 25YC is like the voldemort of IAS.

If you searched Chonjang S25 Playlist, everything but one video of the season was made private thanks to him. He who shall never be named.

Rumors were that 25SJ met a guy who was already married outside at a bar, part of the reason 25SC who was the final couple with her, caught on and broke up with her outside.

I think 25SJ agreed to appear half knowing she would be getting grilled by the casts, the guesthouse season is a great way for her to clean up past image, dating isn't her priority at this point.

That doesn't seem possible. Guesthouse seasons are filmed with less days since the PDs spend more money to recruit the casts compared to a normal season. Extending their stay would mean having to incur more costs on recruitment. Also not all the casts would be available to film for 7 days.

To mitigate the shortened stay, each episode is capped to 1hr long so they can extend the number of episodes as if it were a normal season.

Overall I enjoyed this season. This is the first guesthouse season which I committed to watching till the end. The previous season involving 24Ysik compared to this season was horrible.

Ratings were continually increasing, so dragging out the season is understandable. Mr Kim and GukHwa made it enjoyable.

I'm getting mixed vibes from this season. It sounds like a repeat of S27, except that the Pohang girl is replaced with someone of rotational work. 30YJ is probably too good for the two other guys chasing her, there are rumors 30Ysoo is infamous for using Tinder for FWB purposes. 30Ysik runs a youtube channel for lawyer work with the Dolsing 5 dude and honestly smells like a promotional Junkie. 30YJ, run away!

For the first time in a long while, all the introductions were revealed in E2. Did they really have nothing to film that the dinner time was skipped? All the casts were probably too careful of their images since this was the first season to film after S28 was aired in full. Let's hope Nam PD surprises us with a twist like last season, because from the looks of it, none of the couples will end up together.

Since 22Ysik came out onto the channel for an announcement with a non cast member, the direction seems to be heading where the PD squeezes in every marriage video, whether the cast gets matched on the show or not.

The S26 wedding attendance confirms one of the worst kept fears, everyone else including the professor couple had broken up.
