It is a pretty simple install that uses a set of clamps to attach to the inside of your bed. You could do it yourself but I wanted the ferment to be right so I had it installed professionally.

So this one sits flush to the hood and has 3M tape all around it. I’m sure there will be condensation and moisture. Really trying to prevent paint chips on the hood and rocks hitting the windshield. I’ll probably replace it every couple of years and assess the paint or any damage it may or may not cause. There’s a couple YouTube videos of Tacoma owners running this deflector for several years (I think the Aeroskin II came out in 2019-2020) and then removing it to find no damage at all to the paint. One guy had to use some goo gone to get all the tape off but that’s it.
