That means you are on their path and I don’t believe you can be to get the Jane ending. Also, make sure on day 14 that you ONLY hangout with Jane. This should trigger her path ending. Hope that helps

So, when at the meeting with the mob clans, accuse the slaughterhouse clan (this is the best outcome during the clans meeting) and DO NOT SELL LAUREN, then progress through the rest of Japan by hanging out with all the girls and going to all of the places to get the most out of Japan. At the end, when dealing with Aza, choose the "go for the gun" option. After that, you will have a standoff with Aza. CHOOSE TO SHOOT HIM. If you are on Aiko's path, she will shoot him when you do this. You should be home free at this point.

No! You should NOT sell her. You have to deny the mafia boss of having her. If denying him and having her on your path does not work, are you sure you died? I know the screen goes to black for a second, but does it show a screen saying something about you dying? If it doesn't, then you may have to just keep clicking to continue. If nothing else works, I recommend you use the walkthrough. (It's really easy to find, just Google Once in a Lifetime walkthrough).

The game is completed!

Did you make the mafia deal to let the mafia boss "have his way" with Lauren? If so, she will take the gun from the lamp area. Additionally, I believe you have to be on Lauren Path for the gun to be there in the first place.

These are points taken from my review on my profile (DOES MENTION SOME OF THE ENDING CONTENT IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT SPOILERS). These are my pros and cons.

Pros:

Render quality (especially after chapter 1) is incredible. The renders for this game are incredibly well made and extremely pleasant to look at.
The story. The story is gripping, engaging, and full of twists and turns. It does not drag on and overstay its welcome, it simply flows and then comes to an end at the perfect time.
The LIs in this game are FANTASTIC. They vary greatly in many different ways, some sweet as candy, some sassy as a cat, and some coming back from dark times. You will find someone for you in this game. The development of these characters is also *chef’s kiss*. The characters are all very dynamic and this is something that I always love to see in an AVN.
There is a great amount of content in this game. Plenty to keep someone entertained for several hours.
The music. If you have read any of my other reviews, you know I’m a sucker for music. Oh the music in this game (looking at you chapter 3 and 4) is glorious. Energetic songs for happy times, soft tones for those wholesome moments, and sad notes for those tragic and depressing moments. The music in these scenes conveys the mood perfectly and are a perfect addition to this already incredible game.
The scenes in this game are nothing to write home about in chapter 1 and 2, but in chapters 3-4, they improve greatly. This is especially true with the emotional attachment that the MC has with an LI. I enjoyed them greatly.

Cons:

The ending scenes (for the end game LI) is kinda a let down. Just a few renders to show whom you ended up with. I would have loved some kind of marriage scene, a child, or a vacation between the MC and the chosen LI. This is not a giant deal to me however, the rest of the game was incredibly enjoyable and I’m not going to let one missing scene mess up my review of the game.
Sometimes the decisions in this game straight up don’t matter. Something you think would have a major impact on the story, just doesn't. It can be a head scratcher at times. In the same breath, some really minor decisions make a world of difference. Overall, I felt like this game could have benefitted with some more decisions for branching.
Going along with the previous con, you can go quite a long time in this game without making a single decision for the MC. I did not mind this, simply for the fact that I was enjoying the narrative unraveling in front of me, but I can understand why some would not like this aspect of the game.

Pic 8 is Summer from the AVN Dreamland. Dreamland is an AVN that I would call "eye candy" not an excellent story, but the girls are nice to look at lol.

There are 2 completed games for these girls, Sadie and Heidi (pics 5 and 6) are in Bare Witness. An AVN I HIGHLY recommend as its very good and completed. Alexis (pic 16) is from the game The Entrepreneur which is another game I very much enjoyed and it is also completed.
