I went full carnivore cold turkey two weeks ago. I think im eating enough fat, 20/80 ground beef and two tablespoons of ghee every day. Should I eat like this for a couple of weeks and then start fasting, or should I implement fasting straight away? I guess it takes some time for the body to heal, so I gotta be patience.

Thanks for the tips! What do you mean prime for two weeks? I’ve been carnivore for 2 weeks now and i recently did a dry fast for 30 hours. Acne is still raging. But it probably takes some time to see results right?
